This will be the 25th Anniversary of the Old Northwood Candlelight Home Tour. We are the “Original & Longest Continuously Running” Historic Home Tour in West Palm Beach…This first Historic district invites you to experience the History behind our Front doors as our gracious Homeowners greet you…Savor food samplings from our local Neighborhood restaurants..with champagne and wine served at each tour Home….The Neighborhood will glow with candle light and Holiday finery…….…Come share in the “Old Florida Tradition” that is Old Northwood.... We welcome back again, the early Ford V-8 Club and the Vintage Car Club of Palm Beach County....Our carolers are volunteering their services, for a donation given, to the St. Ann Food Pantry by the Old Northwood Neighborhood Association......

Old Northwood was developed in the early 1920's during the Florida boom era. Prominent architects such as John Volk and William King designed homes that made Old Northwood one of the most exclusive communities this side of Palm Beach.  The Renaissance of Old Northwood began in the mid eighties when residents formed an association to revitalize and restore this important part of West Palm Beach history,
All homes are within walking distance of each other. Children 12 and older are welcome to purchase tickets. No strollers inside the tour homes please. 

Molly's Trolleys will be running along Spruce Avenue the night of the Candle Light Home Tour to transport guests as needed.

Cash or checks ONLY are accepted to purchase tickets the night of the tour at 3510 Spruce Avenue. All tickets are non-refundable. TOUR IS RAIN OR SHINE!

Tickets are available prior to December 29Th in the amount of $30.00. Tickets will be sold the night of the event for $35.00.


Because of its emphasis on preservation, Old Northwood has become the leader in older Coastal neighborhoods in the City of West Palm Beach. Old Northwood became the first nationally registered historic district in the City.
Directions: from I-95, exit at Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard heading east. Take Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard all the way until it ends on Flagler drive (at the intracoastal). Turn left (north), then proceed to 30Th Street and turn left.The Hospitality Tent is located on the corner of 35Th Street and Spruce Avenue.Please find parking on one of our side streets. Check in to receive your tour guidebook and guest wristband. A wristband is required for entry to each tour home.
